Opportunity Description
This opportunity will assist in our technical services department. The position will be 50% programming and minor custom programming in support of individual customer requests, and 50% working directly with customers over the phone doing installations and general technical troubleshooting as needed. All aspects of the position will revolve around our core Maintenance Connection software, and require programming based upon requirements from various customers. Programming could include such things as custom forms, basic tools, and system integration programming.
Individual must be able to be self-motivated and able to maintain a professional home office environment. Must be able to stay on task without daily hands-on management, and must be a proactive problem solver. Sufficient hands-on training will be provided, however this must be supplemented with self-learning. We are looking for a career-minded individual looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing organization.
