Be careful at scriptlance and check the buyer feedback! Some of the writers I chat with on another forum have done big projects and haven't ever gotten paid for them. Then again, some other writers are getting regular work from their site.

It's always good to do your research! I'm thinking out branching out into this medium myself. I'm strictly in print right now!

I don't know about scriptlance. It seems like the prices are REALLY REALLY low ($25 for a web site!!!!) but I keep an eye on it. Anybody else have any stories to tell about Scriptlance?

at fist glance I have to say I thought it was great, I have gotten some work. I appreciate the chance to build my published portfolio. If looking to get your name out there then this site is fine. Consider yourself working for free although my work was used I have yet to get paid , so it recognition only thing and I am no longer bidding I can not compete with those prices and I really can not afford to not be paid.

I don't think it's worth it. There are other ways to get your name out and do freebies - community stuff, chamber stuff, etc. My two cents :D
