Hi gals --
I have a client who I manage customer service for.
I have the go ahead to begin training at least one other rep.
The position involves phone calls, so you would need to be us based. There is no guarantee on hours. I'm sure the position will evolve, but we really would be taking it day by day.
You would basically be helping with return phone calls (not cold calls/no selling), email support, help desk, possibly live chat.
This is ideal for someone who really has a flexible weekday schedule and doesn't need to depend on steady work, although at times there could be a lot. It's basically over flow for me at this point.
He sells services to political candidates so we expect business to be picking up soon.
