Hi VA's!
I've been asked by a client to locate a personal assistant to help keep him organized. He does a lot of public talks in the political arena and just needs help keeping on top of all his loose ends.
He anticipates about 1-2 hours a day, 5 days a week.
You would expect to converse with him by telephone about a half hour a day, and then follow up on phone calls for him, maybe make flight arrangements, coordinate his schedule, speak with coordinators of events he's speaking at and make sure they have what he needs on site, etc...
The position will evolve, I'm sure. He's not quite sure what he needs yet, but he knows he needs help.
If you are interested, based in the U.S. and have administrative assistant experience... pm me with a brief resume and your rate.
Thanks!
Lori
