Hi Everyone!
The thing that attracted me to Coastal Vacations in the beginning was the We Close Your Sales call center. I still work full time and the thought of spending all of my free time on the phone did not appeal to me.
But what I have learned as I have grown with the business, is that there are so many ways to do your business. There is so much recorded training from past training sessions, as well as ongoing weekly training calls. I get new ideas every week. And technology is constantly advancing and Coastal is right there. We are going to be offering a new contact management software in the next few weeks which is going to use voice messages. (Among other things). There are going to be some messages about the Call Center we can upload into the contactmate system. The series of messages would be about coastal and how it works together with the call center. The prospect would be prompted to press one... and the call would be redirected over to a live telecloser waiting to take the call. This is a major advancement in automation. I have pre-ordered mine and will keep everyone updated on how it is working. I have been getting emails that it will be available in the next couple of weeks.
