Why is still has no page rank?

Is it normal that after 4 months a site still has no page rank assigned to it or rather a rank of 0.

I have requested many links although many have not shown up yet when queried under line:sitedomain.

Just looking for input.

It took me about 6 months. Six months seems to be that magic number.

It depends. Do you have a lot of links from quality sites (pr3 and above)? Have you done SEO on your site to make it google friendly?

Its taken me almost 9 months to get a pr 3 on google.

Yahoo and MSN tend to index page quicker. While I know many folks want those higher PR's, I like seeing my site show up #1 or #2 on the search engines.

How you get a higher page rank now there are a lot of different opinions on this topic ...What you need is back links to your site that relates to your website you can do nothing and hope that people find your site and add it .I don't suggest that ..Its faster if you work at it and here is one way to do this

there are paid ways you can get links but becarefull some search engines will ban you if you get to many links to fast some paid site are real good the only add so many sites a month if you want to go the paid route ..You also might need to ad some new feed to your site also
its help with fresh content search engines love that and when people see your site they will ad it to there site ...The very best way is if you have alot of money that my friend is the very best way ....I am sure that someone will post some other information use this and any information you get ... Remember any free information is good
