:wav: I am a direct selling advisor for Lia Sophia jewelry. We are a home based business and sell our products through home parties-yes we get pait to party:) All of our jewelry comes with a Life Time Replacement Guarentee and every 3rd and most expensive item purchased is half off. Our hostess can recieve 40% of their show sales in jewlery and much more at a great discount (at least 50% off). This is high quality fashion jewlery. We have a red carpet collection also which is what all the stars are wearing, you may ave seen many of them in magazines on T.V. with our jewelry on (Paris Hilton, Teri Hatcher, ect.)
As an advisor you will start out making 30% of your show sales in profit. As a manager you make 40% plus a 10% override on your team! A show is usually 2 1/2 hours, what else can yu doto make $100 an hour?

You can earn $600 in free jewelry in your first few weeks and always have chances to earn free jewelry every month. And even better, ther is no inventory tocarry, only your kit. We do not purchase the items and then sell them as cash and carry. All items are ordered one theyare paid for and then delivered right to the hostess. There are no quotas so you can do as many or as few shows as you like!
It's jewelry, it sells itself, so therefore there is no need for sales experience!
