Do you watch movies? Either in the theater or on DVD? Share in this thread recent movies you've watched.
I've not been to the theater since December, but I do watch DVD's. Here's what I've watched recently and my thoughts:
Man of the Year - I loved this movie. It's the story of a comedian who runs for president of the U.S. Robin Williams is the star and does a wonderful job. For those who have been watching Robin Williams since his Mork and Mindy days, he sure has aged. I give this movie a definate thumbs up.
Stranger Than Fiction - What an odd movie. It's the story of a man who is a character in a book. I did enjoy it. I thought it was very well done, just a very odd movie.
Sisters - I thought this movie was only ok. It's the story of 3 sisters and their relationships, both with each other and also with others. I did not see much of a plot in the movie and I found it a bit slow moving. I did watch it from start to finish, but it was not one of my favorites.
A Good Year - This was a British film that again was only ok. Russel Crowe was the lead character and he did a great job, the plot was just a bit slow moving and very predictable.
That's what I've seen over the last month or so. What movies have you seen and what is your review on them?
