Changing description and keywords

Hi All,
I am now thinking of changing my META description and maybe my keywords.

Before i do i would like to know if it will affect the directories i have submitted to...as i have submitetd my description and keywords and now if i go changing this will i have to re-submit all over again with my new description and keywords?

It won't effect directory listings. What it will likely effect, particularly if you change your title tags is your search engine results. Sometimes that can be a good thing!
