Position Summary:
Moderators are an integral part of Revolution Health’s vision to foster and grow an exceptional community experience that empowers people to connect and express themselves in a safe, caring, supporting and inspiring environment by removing abusive content and encouraging kindness and fair-play.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Respond and act on abuse reports: delete abusive content and suspend abusive users as necessary.
• Review member content to ensure:
§ Content meets our terms of service and community guidelines
§ Compelling member content is discovered and showcased
§ Interactions within the communities are a positive experience for our members
• Gather feedback from the first members of the community
• Monitor and assist with enforcement of the terms of service and community guidelines
• Collaborate with call-center representatives to help address any user issues
• Analyze community trends and patterns
• Daily reporting of moderation activities, including suggesting member content to showcase
