We are launching 10 channels (a.k.a. categories) this summer, featuring relevant photos from Webshots members. Content editors will be responsible for featuring content on the channels and will play an important role in adding to the community feel of each channel homepage.

COMPENSATION
? This is a VERY part-time freelance position paying $35 per week. Content editors are limited to one channel per person. Each content editor is expected to update their channel a minimum of 3x per week (which should take 2 to 3 hours a week). Content editors work from home and make their own hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Write 40 to 60 word blurbs that highlight and drive traffic to relevant featured content on the Webshots site - i.e. photos, albums, member homepages, search queries.
? Surf Webshots for the most timely, relevant content to link to.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
? Must be extremely knowledgeable and passionate about your specific channel area.
? Must have excellent writing skills, editorial flair and an ability to follow an editorial style guide.
? Must have knowledge of basic HTML and blogging.
? Through knowledge of trends and relevant seasonal events, must bring a sense of timeliness to the channel.
? Must show documentation allowing you to work as an independent contractor - including a business license if you live in California.
