Staples - Call Center Rep - Greater Cincinnati Area

- Handle inbound calls from customers to process orders and answer product & pricing questions
- Provide information about our retail store locations, such as address, phone number, and business hours
- Suggestive selling of additional products & services is required
- Upon completion of additional training, resolve in-depth customer service and delivery-related issues

Available Schedules:
On site & work at home - full or part time during the hours of 4:30 pm to 1 am.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) - full or part time during the hours of 11:30 am to 8 pm. Bilingual candidates receive $1.00 differential for bilingual skills.

Requirements
- Sales experience helpful, but not required – willingness to sell is a must
- Customer service experience
- Extensive PC & Internet experience including knowledge of using search engines, how to cut & paste, ability to navigate through multiple windows, and basic keyboarding skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid attendance history
- Must have High School diploma or GED
- Able to pass a criminal background check and reference checks
- Must be able to complete a full time 3-week night training class 3:30 pm to midnight starting February 26th
- Work at home candidates must live in the Greater Cincinnati area, provide a landline phone that is a local call from Florence, KY and have access to a high-speed internet service (DSL or Broadband)
