Online Chat Virtual Assistant (http://www.elance.com/job?jobid=11858205&rid=XJRC)
I am looking for someone to act as a virtual assistant for our online live-chat service. We will require that you be available and online between 10AM and 10PM Monday-Friday, but you can really be doing whatever you wish on your computer at the same time. At the beginning, you will receive between 5 and 10 incoming chat inquiries each day, each taking around 3-5 minutes. As such, this is not a very difficult or laborious job, but it requires that you be in front of your computer all day, and you must respond to all incoming inquiries within 15-seconds. We will provide you with the back-end chat console.
We require fluency in English, both written and spoken. Please note if you have a VoIP phone which you can use to make calls to America (we will reimburse), as this may be needed in some situations.
This position will begin Feb. 1, and will continue indefinitely. Please place your bid on a per-month basis (ie if your bid it $100, that will mean that you will require $100 per month).
