Nice job Lori. I love that a company wanted to exceed your expectations. I'm laughing...I mailed a company on Sunday with a complaint...their website says they ALWAYS answer within 48 hours.....hmm it's over 48 hours and no answer.

Thanks Audrey, I really do need to proofread better though! :rolleyes: I see all sorts of mistakes now - including totally forgetting an article I wanted to add and leaving one there from the last mailing. Ugh! Oh well - I updated it on the site at least!

My 23 year old proofs everything I email out and still there are errors from time to time.

I don't know your system, but I can share mine. When I write a newsletter or article, I let it sit at least 24 hours. Then I reread it and make corrections. Then I give it to my daughter to proof...then I send it out.

It is so hard to catch our own errors.

That's good advice Audrey. I'm always in such a hurry to get it sent out while I have the inspiration. Not good! I'm going to work on getting more of a set schedule for these things.
