Bookkeeping services

For those of you who offer bookkeeping services, do you use software? Like Peachtree, QuickBooks, Quicken....etc. And do you feel this software is necessary in order to offer bookkeeping services? The services would be; expense reports, AP/AR, payroll entry...etc.

I would think that in today's business world most people would like you to use one or the other. The two I see in ads most often are Peachtree and Quickbooks though personally I like Quicken best.
