We have a few personal chefs in town and they have huge businesses. I've never hired a personal chef as I enjoy cooking, however what a great business.

Has anyone here ever been involved in catering or cooking for others?

One of my best friends runs a busy, highly successful PR firm. She has a personal chef come a few times a week. They bring all the ingredients and make these amazing meals that she refrigerates or freezes for the next few days. Lucky!!!
