Finding a partner

Often if you have a good idea but are not too sure of being able to do it yourself, look for a partner among your friend sand relatives. Get your agreements clear and then two heads are better than one.
A good partnet is a godsend.

Have you worked with a partner before? I ask because I have never heard of two friends having a good business agreement. In fact just last week, a friend "cried on my shoulder". She and her husband went into business with his old best friend from high school. The business is now in escrow and the friendship is over. I've seen this story happen over and over and over.....
