You must be willing to work on the computer and phone, be willing to invest 5-10 hours a week, and enjoy working with people. You will not be selling products, do any cold calling, or handling any inventory.

Since the link leads to a Melaleuca website and since Melaleuca manufactures health and wealthness products, what exactly are you telling folks they must do to earn money?

They'll be working on the computer and phone responding to referrals. Melaleuca handles the selling, shipping, and processing of the products. I have 5 more spots open!! :)

I guess you and I just will not see eye to eye on this. Those who are SALES distributors for Melaleuca must find others who want to buy the products. This is called SELLING.

No, you're not selling a tube of toothpaste, however you are selling the company, the concept of the company, the overall value of the products, the forced monthly autoship and the business opportunity. I call this sales, not "responding to referrals, from working on the computer"

If you want to call it "selling", fine. All I'm saying is you don't have to deal with inventory or any of the paperwork that goes with it. Plus, you receive a great support team to help you with your "sales" or as we like to call them leads --- who are people interested in growing the business with you -- you don't call people who aren't interested to begin with. Everyone you work with has a direct interest in what you are doing.

In all fairness --- EVERY business "Sells" something -- otherwise there would be no profit to be made or jobs to create.
