Keyword Density

:kermie: I am so green when it comes to search engine optimization. I'm learning though. I figure there must be others out there who are almost as green as I am. So, I'm sharing whatever I find in hopes that we can all benefit.

Keyword density is something that I ran across tonight on this site:

It would seem that with seo, the key is content, content, content and relevant words to your site that are repeated w/o over-doing it. I'm sure there must be an art to this. You have to subtly remind the customer why he's there and why it's important to purchase without seeming pushy. :blah: :hand:

I took an awesome SEO class. It's free of charge and done through Yahoo Groups. I learned so much. My site is number one on Yahoo and MSN, and number 3 on Yahoo under the phrase "beginner scrapbooking"

what is the limit for key word density of a word?
