Hello,

What are the start up costs? Training costs? Could you insert more details, please?

Thank you.

Thanks Debbi,

Everyone -- if your posting does have startup costs or any other type of expense related to it - but it's legit - please put it in the bizop section. NOT the Help Wanted section.

This area is for real jobs, not biz ops.

Thanks!
Lori

This is a Job opportunity. There is no cost. Basically, you will be doing paperwork for the mortgage company. You help the customer gather the required documents the lender needs and submit it to the mortgage company so that the deal goes more smoothly. Plus, the customers have a direct person they are working with.

Email me to receive more information. = )

Thanks for asking!

Jackie

Is the pay hourly or by commission? I'd really like to have more concrete information in the forum, if possible, for all the WAHMs that are reading it. I don't mean to be out of line, but it seems just a bit too good to be true.

I'd like to know:

Pay rate
Payment structure
Length of training
Hours of work
Number of positions available

Thanks!

D

Oh to answer your question.. it's commission. Its also not one of these pyramid schemes where you get paid to recruit and so on... if you want to get paid, you have to work. Yeah, don't believe things that say otherwise cause that would be too good to be true.

I just checked this out because I was interested. At the end of the slideshow explaining the "job" is a $199.00 requirement.
It does look very legite and like a great oppurtunity for someone interested in finding your own mortgage clients, which is what the slides state you are resposible for. You take the info and a loan officer processes it, if they're approved you earn commission type thing.
All in all it should probably be under biz opps anyway.

Lori I hope this was helpful.
