Hi Everyone,
My cookies cookbook entitled The Guaranteed No Burnt Bottoms Cookies Cookbook was published Friday just in time for the Christmas baking season.
I wrote the cookbook because I was tired of burning cookies especially on the bottoms even with following every step of the recipe. Over the past year, I formulated a way to never burn the bottoms again and make evenly baked cookies every time.
Included in the cookbook are over 100 cookie recipes that range from classic favorites to unique flavors. Some of those flavors include:
Banana Cream Semi-sweet Chocolate Chip
Chocolate Creme de Menthe Chip
Cheesecake Chocolate Chunk
