:hello: everyone? Anyone selling crafts? Anyone know of any free crafts that are baby themed? I have a baby gift basket business and would like to incorporate more crafty items.

Hi!
I am always in some sort of craft or another...thankfully I have a studio now, before things were always strewn all over (and under) the kitchen table, lol! Currently I make decoupaged switchplate/outlet covers and sell them in my Ebay store. I am actually closing my store soon as I am really spreading myself to thin with my kids, home, Isagenix biz, appts, etc...I think I will feel more balanced once I get it closed! I do make some designs for kids rooms with little rubber duckies, little trucks, etc.. but may not be good for a gift basket.
My mother makes wonderful pillow cases for children with retro/storybook/vintage fabrics....they are stunning and unique! let me know if you'd like to contact her. Not sure what your price range for basket total costs are. I know she sells them to some high end boutiques in Boston and some places in San Diego currently.
Sounds like a wonderful idea! What are some of your themes? Do you sell online only?

Have a great weekend! :t4:

Do you make diaper cakes? My kids are older. They are 16 and 23. When they were small diaper cakes did not exist. I think they are just so cute.

I would feel it is safe to say I am familiar with diaper cakes. They are still a cool idea.

I always look for ideas as well but have not had any luck with free ones.

I do fitted cloth diapers, matching wipes, burp cloths, swim diapers, all natural soaps, and cool little Tye Dye shirts and onsies.

:hello: Carrie. Oh yeah, I've found out the hard way that when you get involved in crafting you have to get organized. LOL! What is Isogenix? Could you email me some pictures of your crafty items for children? Oooh, send pictures of your mom's products, too. I am not in a position right now to purchase anything new but I keep a file on products and businesses that interest me. That way, when I am able to do something more, I know where to look. :smitten: I love my job. There are so many cute things for babies and children. Yes, I sell only online. We have items for sleepytime, saftey, mealtime, luvees, playtime and those items that you can never get too many of like onsies and bootie socks. You'll also find some hand decorated storage boxes, crocheted booties and baby photo bookmarks. Stop by.

:hello:Audrey. No, I don't do diaper cakes....yet. I have directions on how to make them and plan to add them at some point. I think they'd fit well into my Never Too many category.

:hello:eapoosmama Would you like to trade links? It is hard to find free baby craft items online. But, I have found some at Martha Stewart Kids (http://www.marthastewart.com/page.jhtml;jsessionid=2XDBH4LBSSIW3WCKUUWSHPWYJKSS 2JO0?type=learn-cat&id=cat240&rsc=msonav), Michaels Crafts (http://www.michaels.com/art/online/home), and some crochet and knit sites.
Gotta run. The grandkids are going to be here soon! Yikes!

I crochet baby blankets and sell them to a local baby store in my area.. They are the ones made with the fluffy baby yarn and are ADORABLE! I also smock.. dresses and baby bonnets. If you are interested in any of these for your baskets, let me know and maybe we can work together!! :yup:

Thanks,
Robin Byrd

I have not been able to get the link page going for me in my site -- I have tried. My web designer has had some family illness and crisis to approach her right now to handle this for me so for right now -- I don't know how (where is the bag over my head)
Maybe at a later point.

If you are ever interested in some tye dye prefolds for your diaper cakes, custom dying is a service I can do. I dye my all natural bamboo, hemp, Organic fabrics already. Prefolds are right up the same alley.
