I lost a lot of weight (pics) using a personal plan that I am happily passing along online, because I know what it's like to be big (250+ lbs) and I want to show everyone how easily (and inexpensively) this can be done.

I didn't need pills, gyms, books, diet clubs, expensive foods, weird recipes or pre-packaged meals, or anything else. I only needed myself, some good information that really made things "click", and an easy plan to follow that was geared totally toward my personality. (I never gave up a thing.)

You can't change the past, so let that go. Concentrate on today and look forward. No more wasted fat years! A thinner body and attitude really feels awesome - You can do this.
