This is how, according to the Consumer Credit Act (http://www.TheFormula.co.uk) 1974 -2006 a consumer is entitled to obtain a copy of their credit agreement upon request and by paying a fee of £1.

Have you recently had a letter via Snail Mail or harassing phone calls from a debt collector and don't even know why - Maybe someone has took a loan out in your name, not paid the debt and now you are being pursued for the balance?
