Hi! I see that many people are looking to earn more money in the long run- and many are looking for home based business. My day job is a college recruiter and I can't tell people enough that edducation is the key to making more money in the long run. Yes, it will cost you money, but what better investment. Check out local colleges, and universities that offers accredited degrees. As adults, it becomes difficult to go to school full time, and part time would take you forever. Online universities are based out of real campus- for instance University of Phoenix campus is located in Phoenix Arizona. Many people think it is online only university. You could get an accredited degree- taking one class at a time in a little less than 4 years (that's if you have no college credits- 2 years for a bachelors if you have an associate.

According to the US Census- you make 1.2 million dollars more in 20 years of work with a bachelors degree than if you have a high school diploma. I am not sure about those figures...but you can look them up! I encourage all to go back to school and pursue that degree. Look at local colleges, as I mentioned or you can look at the university of phoenix- educating working adults!

I don't get any money for advertising UOP. I am just passionate about education.

I have a bachelors degree...and I did work using my degree for a couple of years. However, I got tired of leaving my family everyday that is why I decided to take the home based business route. I do have to admit that my education has opened a lot of doors.

 Thanks for the post, and you proved my point. Once you decide (if ever) to return to work, you will have an easier time because you have a bachelors- but if you go 10 years from now, then you may want get a masters

I totally agree with you. I am in school now. I attend the University of Phoenix in Chicago. I went back to school becuause I want to make a better future for me and my kids. I am in my 30's and loving it. I will be done next year sometime. Like you I encourage people everyday to go back to school. I always tell people if I can do it so can they. I work a full time job, go to school and take care of my children. Its hard but I know it will be worth it in the long run. :D
