Hello! My name is Penny Holder. I have been married to my wonderful husband Phillip for 16 years. We have three children(Nick, Emilee, Ashley). I have homeschooled the children for 4 years. We live in Northeast, MS.

I am a Tupperware Manager with consultants and managers all over the US. I love the flexibility I have with Tupperware to work when I want to and to earn as much as I want to earn.

I am also a consultant with Usborne Books.

I am in MS. My ship is in Jackson, TN. We are in Region 4 and we are ramping up to go on the new Breakthrough plan. It is wonderful!

I am with the D-ship Grand Style Enterprises, they are based out of GA but I live in Central PA.

I have consultants in my unit in every state and I have about 30 overseas Military Consultants too!

Gotta love driving an expense paid vehicle provided by Tupperware! LOVE MINE!

I almost signed with Grand Style under Jlyne but then I found out I had a ship locally.

Yes, I had a TW vehicle but I decided to take cash instead so I could pay off my Tahoe. The new car plan is much better!!! We can also now earn a Pontiac G6 Convertible(title and Keys). As a matter of fact we can earn two of them!!! I am so glad we one of the first regions to go on the new plan.

On the new plan consultants MUST have $250 in sales in a 4 month period or they will go inactive and when they do they can't sign back up for 12 months.

Yes alot of new changes...I think the new $250 in Retail Sales per quarter quota will help to strengthen units and to help them grow.

I also love the Medical & Dental Plans...looking forward to the new 401k plan too!

Do you go to Jubilee and Sessions?

I like Grand Style Ent because our rallies are online every month, so its like partying in our pjs!

Normally I go to Jubilee and Sessions but I didn't get to go this year. Our Jubilee was in Reno and that was a little far for me. At the Jubilee in Orlando in '02 I was in the Top 300 and had only been with TW for 6 months. That was awesome.

Yes, I hope the $250/4months helps grow our units.

Our ship has weekly online rallies and I have an yahoo group for my team. Starting in January our consultants are supposed to be able to attend their local rally no matter what ship they are in. I think that will be a great asset to us.

Yup I do and I love it! I manage a online unit of 160+ right now and growing daily!

I have consultants all across the USA and about 25 over seas USA military consultants too!

I enjoy managing much more then selling LOL

What % of your 160 recruits actually are active?? I can recruit the masses but getting them to sell is another story.

About 90% Penny...the Majority are active as I offer additional incentives, contests etc to keep them motivated & active.
