IS THERE ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE SICK TO DEATH OF THESE SURVEY COMPANIES SENDING YOU SURVEY OPPS ONLY TO PROMISE YOU AN "ENTRY " INTO THEIR LATEST SWEEPSTAKES.. OR MAKE YOU SAY "YES OR NO" TO 10 DOZEN OFFERS AND IF YOU DONT COMPLETE "3 OF THE OFFERS" ( WHICH BY THE WAY ASKS YOU TO SPEND MONEY) YOU DONT QUALIFY FOR ANYTHING... EVEN AFTER ANSWERING THE DANG SURVEY!! UGH!!!

Hi! Your post caught my interest. How'd you come by these sort of surveys? I only get one, NPDOR. (Referred by GameSpot.) Their surveys are pretty interesting, and I've never been subjected to advertisements. Any recommendations on specific survey companies to avoid? Thanks.

I usually don't go through those types of surveys with the yes or no questions. I do have some survey companies that I get paid by or may even have products for me to try for free. Some of the ones that I'm with are:
Pinecone Research
Viewpoint Forum
Mysurvey
American Opinion
I have a few more that I've joined, but can't think of them at the moment. I'll post them once I remember them.
Edited to give you a website with tons of surveys that you can sign up for free. This is where I got the majority of them.

Hi, Robin! Spent almost the entire day studying surveys sites. Signed up for 6 or 7 of them so far. One site I avoided was called "20 in 20". Maybe I'm wrong, but it looked tedious, and seemed to involve forced advertising.

There are some good ones out there...but finding them is hard!

All the surveys that I receive say that I will be entered in their sweepstakes.
The one's from Pandaresearch.com says they will pay but only if you sign up for products or services that actually costs you something.
Maybe I'm on the wrong survey sites. If anyone knows of any good ones, please let me know.

What is the deal with surveys? How do they work and how much will they actually pay you? I have never even looked at any of those contests things. Who actually wins those??
