Hi!

Any home business you get into you have to work at it. There are affiliate marketing that you can make money on- in fact I am doing it write now. But, there is work and you will not make the money in 9 minutes as some businesses claim. It is an emotional rollercoaster- but if you keep at it, you will be successful.

Affiliate marketing is one way- the other is selling things -such as Mary Kay, Avon, health care products (which is forcasted to be a trillion dollar industry by 2010. But again, their is an investment and there is selling-

Both require selling, but one requires face to face. Best of luck and please ask me anything- I have been looking at home businesses for the past three month. I am still on the fence on the face to face selling- but I am making profits in the affiliate marketing thus far

I agree with you on the face to face selling. I haven't found the time (or the energy) to make that work for me. I am hoping that the affiliate marketing is the way to go for me, but I realize that all of it takes some work. Do you have any suggestions?

Well it appears to me you are on the right track.
Let's take a look at what we are doing here.
We are networking at this point.
Not only that, but others are watching us do it.

Finding your target market and the niche.
To easy these days if you ask me.
With Clickbank you find a product, find the target and where the need for that product fit's in.
You don't want to sell marketing stuff to a lawn and garden target.

Forums are great for this.
Ezines are great for this.
Bloggs are great for this.

People with common intrests are at these places.
So there is your rough, can you see the diamond?

I've been home based since three weeks ago and I can say that one great thing about it is being able to sleep until 11 AM. I didn't have the luxury of sleep before but now I do!
