Hi all, this my first visit to this folder on this board since I'm new to doing offers/affiliate programs.
I'm a terrible skeptic AND a person who doesn't have the patience to fool around with websites that aren't user friendly. With that in mind here are my favorite "get paid to try" programs:

They pay by PayPal and have sites that are very easy to use and understand, and are the highest paying that I know of. I have been paid by both of them so I feel confident in recommending them to you if anyone is not already in these.
