I write alot of Women Related Articles, Health Articles, Women & Biz Articles and home party plan articles....I then donate them to websites, ezines, newsletters etc for FREE advertising.

This has worked really well for me!

Hi Shelly,

Same here, and I've found that it increases my traffic quite a bit, as well as search engine rankings.

Good tip!

Actually, I made a site for my kids where you can post articles or how-to's. The writer gets credit through the author and bio info at the bottom. And it really gives the site visitors alot of valuable information. Not only do you get links back to you but each article 'page' gets indexed in the search engines. Of course that can help business owners/ writers get their product or service tons more exposure.

I'm here looking for a freelance Press Release writer for the beauty/spa biz.

SSMeredith,

I agree. The more exposure you get through forums, article writing, etc does help in ranking but just take care of the customer. Its the best form of marketing.

Good luck!

Writing articles is definitely great and a sure fire way to help rankings and get your name out. But take it one step further and find free article sites to post them on, it will help increase traffic as well. It might take a little longer but it will be worth it ;)
