Two mailing lists, lots of emails, and you have to take an active part, posting at least weekly. The lessons are clear, and all questions answered just like in a real classroom. :) They're roll-over - when the course finishes, you're free to leave, or to stay on and go through them again as often as you like.
Last week I uploaded my new optimised home page, and this week I'm top of Google UK for my keyphrase (virtual office)! If you have the time, and don't mind a bit of work, I can recommend this course.
