Hello everyone! :)

I'm Misty, I'm not a WAHM yet but I'm looking into it. I'm a single mom of two young girls (6 and 2) and I live in a very rural town in upstate New York. I've been searching for work far too long so I'm seeking "at home" stuff now. I do a lot of graphic design, web design as a hobby right now so I figure I'll try to make an income from it.

This site looks like it's full of friendly women and I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and learning in the process :)

Welcome to the Message Boards! I love being a WAHM. I used to be a OR nurse and left the outside world back in 1993 to be a WAHM...so glad I did! I enjoyed watching our daughter grow up! She is now 19 years old!

What kind of WAHM business are you looking for? I am sure you will find something good to get into!

We're happy to have you with us. There is a lot of potential for a successful business if you have graphic and web design skills.

I doubt you'll have much of a problem finding work once you get rolling.
