Hello Everyone,

My name is Shelly and I am a 36 yr old WAHM, happily married for 19 years with a 18 year old beautiful daughter!

We are located in Central PA, USA.

I am a Senior Executive Manager with Tupperware Online and manage a unit of 140+ all over the USA and several Over Seas Military Consultants too! I love my job! Just qualified for Tupperwares Vehicle program so I am all excited about getting my new wheels from them!

In my spare time I write WAHM business Resource articles & I co-own a Popular Ryze Online Network called Classy Chic N' Elite Business Women with my partner Sherry who happens to be a good friend of mine!

Hi Shelly!

I thought I already had welcomed you -- but it looks like I missed this!

I'm so glad you joined us. You are the first person I have met that has been so successful with Tupperware!

I hope you'll share some of your secrets here :D

Hi Shelley, welcome to FLMOM. Glad you found us. I am so in awe of you..I have never known anyone to receive a car from Tupperware. We've all heard of the pink cars the Mary Kay ladies drive around, but WOW! Congrats!

Welcome to the group!

Hello ladies,

Thank you for the Welcome!

I am with a ONLINE D-ship and I have a ONLINE unit....that is the BIG difference!

I think having an awesome upline support line with online training is the key to it all.

In our D-ship, alot of us qualify or qualified for the tupperware vehicle program.

There is a HUGE difference between online & offline units...plus I feel that a BIGGER difference is the Manager who is training you.

I actually give my unit creative free & low cost ways to advertise online & offline....weekly mini newsletter update, unit message boards, a ONLINE Chat room where they can hold online parties & so forth. 1/2 of my unit doesnt do HOME parties....so me training them to do one hour ONLINE parties....has given them alot more options...with online units, no home parties are required...they can do just webstore sales if that is what they want to do.

I provide the free chat room to my unit...I hold 2 chats monthly for anyone in my unit who wants to come which I give more ideas & business building suggestions.

I actually work harder at helping them all to be successful and less on my personal sales....paid off big for me!

Hugs
Shelly

Ps.

I wrote a few articles on how to recruit online, how to train teams online, how to write effective recruiting ads, creative ways to advertise online for FREE or less than $15.00, how to creative advertise offline, customer svc. and so forth.

I can share some here if you would like to see them!
