Question about editing a forum template

I am in the process of creating a forum for my website. My first one. I'm a little lost. I want to edit the template in order to add google adsense and banners to the forum. But I can't figure out which file to edit.

Can you help?

The phpbb forum is the place to search for help with this stuff... I'm not using that forum any longer but I always found all sorts of great information there.

Usually it's a matter of modifying the .tpl files - most often the header and footer...

But be warned!!!! Make backups first :D
