HI! It is exciting to have a forum dedicated to our team! I am fairly new to SHALI and I am excited to be a part of such a phenomenal company. I am currently still working full time as I try to grow this biz on the side. I hope to replace my full time income within 2 years, as so many other moms have done. Any advice you can share about your past experiences, specifically what has and hasn't worked for you would be helpful. Thanks so much!

Hi, glad to meet you!

The advice I offer is to always work on your business. The products are unique, the compensation plan is unique and most importantly the opportunity is risk free. ANYONE benefits from the products. I wish you the best in reaching your goals.

I agree 100%.
You'll talk to a lot of people that just don't get, it at first.
Don't give up.
Many times people you've talked to will come around, and it will all "click" in their minds.
Some never do, but you never know which ones will get it.
This company is so awesome.
They truely do want to share the wealth, help our delicate environment, and make our homes safer places for us to be.

Also be "plugged in." Attend power calls and other team and training calls. I find myself listening to the Matrix training call and Approaches call often. I like the power calls. They are filled with enthusiasm, motivation and great information to help build your business. If you can, attend with your team and/or mentor. I had trouble dialing into last night's power call due to so many lines being occupied.
