Selling Breastmilk

I Was Wondering If Anyone Was Interested In Buying Breastmilk Or If Anyone Knows Of Anyone Who Is Unable To Breastfeed But Wants Their Child Or Children To Be Able To Have It.

Hi Sarah,

Have you checked with your local Le Leche League? Personally I'd hesitate to sell it myself because of liability. I think selling it to a milk bank if you can find one would be better protection for you. But that's just my opinion.

I know it's very expensive for mothers to purchase breast milk via milk banks and that is the drawback. I haven't heard of an insurance company yet that will cover the cost even for babies that desperately need it.
