I was posting constantly on Twitter, then stopped. I truly want to know what others are saying and I found it impossible to weed through the "eating breakfast" to get to something I wanted to respond to.

For some reason on Facebook, I find it much easier to read what others have said.

I reserved freelancemom for facebook - but haven't had time to develop it yet. I will!

I am finding twitter to be incredibly valuable though! I use tweetdeck which makes it easier to organize and learn things I never would have come across if I wasn't tweeting. Loving it!

Perhaps in 2010, I'll learn more about the many applications available for Twitter these days.

I do know last week, a local friend sent me a text message and said "the local fire department was just dispatched to so and so's home" She knew this via a twitter feed from the local fire department/dispatch. So, I do recognize the value in Twitter. I invest time daily into Facebook....we'll see if 2010 I begin to again invest time in Twitter.
