The FreelanceMom Chaos List Challenge

If you're feeling behind on business expectations as well as drowning in your household chores -- take heart! Many of us Moms are feeling this way - getting the kids back into a school rhythm, attending PTO and teacher meetings and a new sleep schedule can really take it's toll on the rest of our lives!

Let's all take a deep breath - write a list of the three areas of your business that you are most behind on along with the three most embarrasing areas of your home.

This week - let's tackle that list! It doesn't matter how large or small each task is... if it stands out as the most stressful for you it's something that must be done now!

Business --

1. I have a terribly old SEO job on my plate. There are two sections of the site left to optimize before I can move forward with other parts of the project. This week I want to finish those two sections!

2. I haven't blogged in at least a month! This week I want to post at least 3 quality posts on the FreelanceMom Blog.

3. I manage customer support for a client who has recently reduced my hours. As a result I have not been able to get to much of the support and customers are waiting! I really need to catch up on the support for this client.

The House --

1. The dreaded master bath... you know, the one that is hidden from the public and easy to ignore?

2. My bedroom - I dare say my room may be in worse condition than the kids!

3. The recyclables... Ugh, they are piling up in the breezeway AND in the back of my vehicle! Let's get those done!

Hey Lori, I hear you on getting behind. I've been back from my vacation for a week now and for the most part, I'm caught up. But I'm behind on my writing and blogs.

And right now the most embarrassing part of my house is my laminate floor. It is waiting for me next weekend for sure! lol ;)

Well - so far this week was pretty much a wash :) I did clean my bedroom -- but it could use another really good cleaning already!

My behind-in-business list is:
Upload a squeeze page (should have done this 2 weeks ago!)
Load a series of messages at aWeber
Finish up some eBay listings that I have had sitting around for...too long.

At home:
Floors ALL need mopping
Wash the curtains in my bedroom
Close our pool

<Sigh>
Here's to high motivation and lots of energy!

We went to the smokies and had a great time with my son and DIL. :)

And I did get my floors cleaned last weekend. :p lol

The business goals, I took care of...the housekeeping ones, not so much.
The good news is, all the chores are still there, it isn't like I've lost any of them by waiting! :p
