First impression:
The yellow color sticks out a bit from the black and grey background. I'd suggest either making it a more pale yellow or maybe making the lines not quite so thick. Like the pic you used in the header and the lines you put thu it.

Navigation:
Having html navigation at both the top and bottom of the page is a bit redundant. If you had a dynamic menu or flash navigation, then the bottom nav. would be ok. Otherwise, ditch it.

Slogan:
Do you have one? If you don't I suggest you come up with one and stick it under your www.gutfeel.com logo in the header. People need to know within two seconds what your site is about - a slogan helps the end user identify what the site is all about.

your gutfeel/Forum page:
When taken there, it's obvious that it's an 'addition' to the site. You did your best at maintaining the color scheme, and I think that is about as good as you can do.

My last comment would be to get rid of the "top" navigation in the lower right hand corner. It isn't necessary since your pages actually scroll very little. Thanks for thinking of the end user, tho!

As suggested by, yellow thick lines have been toned down, there width have been decreased and color has been changed.

Font has also been changed as suggested.

Incorporated a Slogan as well on the Index page. Could not write exactly below the Gutfeel.com as there is space issue.

No doubt forum page is addition and tried my level best to match it.

I would request all you to please visit the site and give your feedback both in terms of content and layaout.

Hi,

Based on certain feedback, the site has been redesigned, please have a look.

Its challenging to take this concept, but the site is getting good hits from across the world. That whole thing is really interesting and the content in refreshed almost every alternate day.

I think you should add some imagery of some sort - either custom, or photos. I am partial to nature shots, such as flowers, leaves or really neat looking wildlife. Just something for eye candy.

I like the look, though I did not see the other one.

This is a great site to do in full XHTML/CSS :)
