Welcome! You have a good range of talents - I often see medical transcriptionist jobs listed. I should think being able to maintain your own PC is a boon - and probably a good selling point. I've just joined a UK directory which lists women-owned businesses, especially for other women who don't like the idea of having a strange man in their home when they're alone.
