TIME: Good until Midnight Jan 14 (Central Time)
WHO QUALIFIES: Anyone who is 18 and a US Citizen!
REQUIREMENTS: Signed agreement faxed (406-449-4711) or mailed and the words "Free Sign Up" written at top.
Please include your sponsor name ~Angie Aldridge #630~ on the last page of the agreement.
