Hi guys :)

I'm finally getting the chance to make a site to promote my webdesign service. It's all a big learning curve for me still -- but I've got some good word of mouth leads from a couple of clients who want to send work to me - so I need to get this site up.

As I'm writing this I only have the entry page done. Would love your feedback. I'll update you as I get the content pages done.

I voted for the first option, "yes - add the effect to the links as well."

Most people would likely miss the surprise, as it's not intuitive to roll the mouse over the buddha image. However, almost everyone will move the mouse over a link (philosophy, services, portfolio, contact).

Lori, OMG that is super! And, I have to say that I would have to be a little partial towards the name :lol: (as I love the Z's!) so, good choice Debbi!

I really like the softness of it without being feminine... It is simple and direct, but it really captures you. Definitely keep us updated when you add more!

PS, after a second look, maybe try a softer pink or "mauvier" on the services button? Your other ones or more earthy tones in a way. Just a thought, and let me say again ...I think it is just really really super! :!:

Flattered that ya'll thought of me! Never in a million years would I mind. always worried dzineworkz was corny to others :oops:
And just think, there are so many really 'cool' ideas you could use with Zen Designz!

Lori, what is funny is that I used to always capitalize the Z's in dZineworkZ... as I saw that you did too!

Shelly - funny you would say that about the domain name...after I finally choose one, I hate it immediately and think it's corny. Was wondering if this is something that happens to other people, too!

I love Lori's site and I am quite partial to the name 8)

I think Lori's designs are very clean and simply, but very attractive. She's gonna go far!

Your choice in names was a great idea Debbi, it sticks in peoples minds and put with your great site design, it has no choice but to be impactuful.
