Checking Pages

Do you recheck your pages to see where they're ranked on the search engines? I have several pages that have been number one for specific keywords. I continually check them to make sure they stay #1. If they move down, I add more information, or rewrite the information that's there.

What about you? Do you continually check your pages?

Most of my traffic comes from search engines, so I do click on the referral link to see where I rank. I love stats so I check random links very often.
