I am looking for someone with customer service experience who is also fairly tech saavy.
You don't need to know how to program, but you should be able to quickly and easily learn how online software runs and be able to give support to customers on that software. Basic HTML would be great, but isn't necessary.
This position requires telephone calls with customers and some email support as well.
It is really just a couple hours a week at this point. I have found a rep for most of the week, but I don't have Monday covered. Because there isn't a lot of work at this point, this is a good position for someone who just wants to supplement other work that they already have. I don't want this person depending on us for many hours of work.
However, if you are good at what you do and work efficiently we will be able to add on to your responsibilities as time goes on and also can provide sporadic 'project work'.
The pay is $10/hour. You should be aware that this client I work with provides services, software and support for Republican candidates. Please apply only if you feel comfortable with that.
If you are interested, email me at lori@freelancemom.com with a brief cover and resume -- I'm particularly interested in Internet clients you have had -- but any applicable experience is fine.
Best wishes!
