Ebay Store Fonts

Does anyone have an Ebay store front? How does it work and it is difficult to make money on a consistant basis? I need to find something to help suplement my income. I do not have a whole lot of time to spend on it so I am looking for something that is pretty much a no brainer.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Welcome to the group. Many people love ebay and many say it's not worth the fees charge. What would you sell?

I am not sure. I have tried selling Tupperware and Avon but it did not work out. The Tupperware thing I ran out of friends and family that were willing have parties. Not to mention I had to drive over an hour to get to the mothly meetings.

Then the Avon thing, I was not able to bring myself to boast to every person that I met that I was an Avon rep. So that did not work out either.

I thought about the Ebay thing, but I am not sure if it is worth it.

There are many who sell on ebay. Some make it, some don't. I really believe it has to do with what you're selling and price.

Just an example, we needed new phones. I bought 3 phones from ebay. His price beat every other seller out there. He was a powerseller but still for me, buying from this stranger worked.

You may be putting the cart before the horse here - choosing how to sell (ebay store) before you've decided what to sell. An ebay store has monthly fees which you have to pay whether you sell anything or not. Most people start by selling individual items on eBay auctions and building up feedback, getting a feeling for what sells, etc before investing in a storefront.

If eBay really appeals to you, try taking a look at eBay pulse (http://pulse.ebay.com/) to see what kinds of things are selling well and being searched for a lot at the moment, to give you an idea of what might be good to get into.
