Actually I want to launch my silver jewelry store and looking for joint venture with someone who already have huge email list from the same target market. So she can informed her list about the launching and give me more targeted traffic. Is that possible?

Yes - absolutely it's possible. If she is in your niche than she may be very inclined to do a joint venture with you if you share the profits of sales with her.

Generally though - you would have some tracking system in place so that she will feel very secure that all leads generated from her would be credited.
