Inet Customer Service Solutions. I have found a couple of companies called INET, but not one with this specific name. I responded to an ad on craigslist, and got an e-mail back. They said they need help with customer service, they charge $13 for the training materials just to weed out the "curious form the serious".
Any past experience or advise would be appreciated.
Has anyone ever worked with them?

There are so many scams on Craigslist and very little legit ones. This one asking for a training material fees is definitely a scam. Never pay for a work at home job especially when it involves sending money for training materials or registration fees.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!
They charge the fee to scam you. The ONLY time you should ever pay a fee is when you're joining a legitimate direct sales company that charges a fee for materials. That's it.
NEVER pay for a list of jobs
NEVER pay to join a job site
NEVER pay for training materials
NEVER pay to show you're serious
NEVER pay to get a list
NEVER pay to mystery shop
I'm sure I've missed some, however those are the biggies...all scams.

O.K. Thank You.
OR...
Job boards like elance (http://www.elance.com/c/splash/main/publish.pl?rid=AAGT&f=sellerfunnel1) do charge a fee. But they are legitimate and well worth the money in my opinion.
