In this highly interactive role, you will moderate Circuit City's on line community and customer facing forums by interacting with customers on line and answering their questions in a timely and accurate manner. During the last year, Circuit City's on line community has grown ten fold and continues to increase in size. Customers are approaching the forums to post questions and comments, and there is an increasing need for more moderators to interact with those customers and ensure that they have an experience that they'll tell their friends and family about! You will also analyze and report trends and issues to leadership and make recommendations on how to improve the on line community for future users.
To be successful in this role, you must possess consumer electronic product knowledge in the categories of Mobile, Games, Computers or Imaging. After a period of training, you would possibly have the opportunity to telecommute. This decision would be decided on a case by case basis, and would also be based on the needs of the business.
Technical Competencies/Education/Skills include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
