About Us:
We’re a small growing business that provides home improvement and professional handyman services to clients in Loudoun. We’re part of a franchise based in Cincinnati Ohio. The owner is a native Washingtonian and has over 30 years experience in Construction Management. We're seeking a Customer Service Rep/Office Assistant for about 30 hours a week to work closely with the owner. We need the right person to work with us and help us to grow!

Job Description:
Key to success in this position centers around the candidate’s ability to independently perform the following essential job functions, which include, but is not limited to:
Providing customer and sales support
Provide light accounting and billing support using both Handibooks and Quicken
Provide general office and administrative support
About You:
Self-starter with discipline and professionalism to work independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent telephone skills-- not afraid of customer sales aspect of job
Proficient in MS Office, Quicken and use of internet
Available from 8:30 - 2:30pm M-F – may be slightly negotiable (i.e. 9-3pm)
