The chosen candidates will be managing customer relations ensuring customer satisfaction.
The daily tasks of these Representatives will be:
Manage trouble tickets daily
On call availability
Communicate with Engineers, etc to complete customer issue
WAN Support
Candidates should have a CCNA and/or CCNP
Minimum requirements:
Must possess management, organizational and communication skills along with a minimum of 4 years experience in the telecommunications industry.
